About Business line/Function: <ITG>

Position Purpose: 

The MIRÓ (Management of Impairment and Risk on-line) application is the provisioning tool for doubtful clients (IFRS 9 stage 3, rating 11 & 12) Corporate of the Group.

 

As IT Dev BA, your main activities are to:

  • Collect the needs from the business
  • Analyze business needs and participate to the documentation writing
  • Explain business need to the developers of the team and follow-up
  • Define and execute functional tests regarding the evolutions
  • Execute test cases and report defects to the team
  • Participate to the elaboration of the application roadmap
  • Train the users on the application
  • Participate to the root cause analysis for production Incident when needed
  • Development activities

Deployment activities in all required environments

 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

The following deliverables are the main outputs of the previous scope definition in terms of responsibility for functional analyst. It should be taken into consideration that during Project Mode or accordingly to other recurrent work, new deliverables can be defined. The main deliverables are:

·    Write and execute test-case

·    Write new use cases

·    Produce requirements

·    Produce training for users

·    Participate in designing innovative solutions align with bank’s informational architecture

·    Enhancement and Maintenance

·    Support integration, regression and systems testing where there is a change in the upstream systems along with standardized the testing process and documentation

·    Co-ordinate with the stakeholders to obtain approvals and sign off on the change

·    Develop implementation plans with Finance Users and IT

·    Provide post implementation support including troubleshooting, track business process changes etc.

 It is expected that he/she can ensure proper functional and technical support to users of the tool, as well as providing high quality work and deliverables, on the execution of his/her job.

Required skills

·       Experience in Finance/ Accounting domain as a Business Analyst

·       Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Good to have skills

·       Experience in Agile methodology (SCRUM)

·       Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence + Yogi Requirements)

·       Knowledge of French is welcome

·       DataStage, SQL is a plus

Specific Qualifications:

·       Bachelor Degree (Equivalent)

·       Fluent English

Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
