Contributing Responsibilities
· You will participate in the launch and validation of IT solutions – RIA architecture reviews, in order to know the exposure to IT risks related to IT continuity and provide your expertise and/or validation
· You will work in close collaboration with ITG-CDF’s IT Risk Officer in order to implement the IT risk management system on the continuity part, in particular by ensuring the management of major risks and the monitoring of the implementation of risk reduction plans and risk acceptances

Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Automate and support an expanding and maturing ServiceNow environment.
- Working knowledge of Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change, Knowledge, Service Portal, and CMDB.
· Contributes to the phases of feasibility analysis and design, brings an expert opinion on the feasibility and complexity of implementation in ServiceNow.
· Produces technical feasibility analysis, gap analysis, design proposals, macro estimations, scripting, reporting.
· Analyzes the User Requirements provided by the Product Owners or BAs, challenges the proposed needs, brings proposals that aim at the standard use of the product and the implementation of the ‘best practices’.
· Collaborate with the PO, provide estimates of effort and time, Identify risks and dependencies.
- Identifies and proposes solutions to optimize, fine-tune and simplify the application.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Training, Mentoring and Coaching user community on the Use of ServiceNow.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, Single Sign-On technologies, SQL relational databases.
- Knowledge of ITSM ServiceNow best practices, including ITIL V3/V4.
- Strong problem solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Specific Qualifications:
· Certified System Administrator (CSA).
· Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS) would be a very good thing.
